Garage to cabana convesion. Rosedale small space - big idea
Having limited space doesn’t mean you have to skip on style. You just use everything you have with creative twist. This small downtown back yard has a garage at the back that is on lower elevation related to the house. We transformed that garage look like cabana and used side wall as a decorative feature with the pool sheer descent waterfall. We extended roof for additional covered seating / dining area. Natural stone steps connect upper and lower pool patios and create interesting design layout. Rusty metal panel were used as privacy screen between neighbors.
